Really enjoyed the stay, it was very lovely for holidays. Fairly clean, good value hotel, the location was particularly good just next door to shops, fast food places and pubs/restaurants, Bournemouth, which was lovely in the sunshine The usual tea and coffee making facilities where provided in the room, which was very clean and well presented, and Boscombe High Street. All the staff was helpful, solved my issues.

The location of this hotel was excellent, with easy access to local amenities, shops, restaurants, and the beautiful beach. The rooms were very clean, recently decorated, and had all the basic amenities I needed for my stay. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast was good, although it would have been even better if served on hot plates.
No major issues, everything was ok.

Spacious and comfortable rooms, with free wi, fi access and a short walk to the beach. . the guest house had a pleasant atmosphere and was worth a visit.
Limited parking spaces and no en, suite bathroom, which was a bit inconvenient. . Although the area was rough, the location was good for the O2.

The services were excellent and the location was marvelous - only a 10-minute walk to the beach. The double room was tidy and well presented. The property was close to public transport and Bournemouth, which was lovely in the sunshine. The room was very clean and had the usual tea and coffee making facilities. Greatly enjoyed the food at Urban Reef, just a short stroll away from the venue.

Our stay at this guest house was absolutely delightful. From the moment we arrived, we felt warmly welcomed by the friendly owner and their adorable dog. The room was clean, bright, and had everything we needed, including tea, coffee, and biscuits. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the bedding was crisp and clean. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the charming town center and a beautiful sandy beach. We also enjoyed the excellent breakfast served in the clean dining room.
That the light in the landing was a bit distracting at night, especially for light sleepers like myself. However, this was a minor inconvenience and did not detract from the overall positive experience we had at this guest house.

I had a very pleasant week staying at this hotel. The location was excellent, with shops, restaurants, and the beautiful Boscombe Beach nearby. The rooms were clean and comfortable, providing me with a good night's sleep. Despite being small, the room had excellent facilities and attention to detail. The breakfast in the morning was a sheer delight, offering a good selection of cereals, orange juice, fruit, and yogurt.
No improvements necessary, everything was great.

I had a bit of an issue with the kettle but the owner did enter our room to put the kettle back whilst we were out in the day without permission. Honestly, I did think this was rather indecorous. However, the property was located just a short stroll from the beach and with a supermarket and restaurants nearby, everything I needed was on my doorstep. The room was clean and well presented, and the hosts were friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel for its convenient location and pleasant accommodations.
